Grass Pokemon

Grass-type pokemon are one of the three starting pokemon types in the game, accompanied by water and fire type pokemon. Most grass pokemon have well balanced defence statistics, however are susceptible to fire, ice, poison, flying, and bug moves.

Although, grass pokemon have an advantage as they are super effective against water, ground, and rock types. All together and as of generation VII, there are 98 grass type pokemon in the game which makes up 12.2% of all pokemon.

An example of some grass type pokemon moves are absorb, grass knot, leech seed, magical leaf, and synthesis. These moves specialise in regaining health for the user as well as a high powered grass type attacks. You are probably wondering what kind of grass pokemon exist, so here are some pictures.
